This set from sports brand Dunlop consists of 3 yellow flags with holes, 1 football and 1 pump with valve. You set out the flags in the garden or on a sports field or playground and then you try to shoot the ball into the holes.

The foot wave targets are easy to place. You stick the flagstick in the hole and then you place it where and how you want. The advantage of this set is that you don't have to dig holes in your garden for it. The holes are ready-made.

Improve your pedaling technique

Foot golf is actually a combination of football and golf. It is a perfect game to improve your kicking technique. If you want to score a hole in one, you must have some insight and precision in addition to technique. The aim is to complete the 'golf course' in as few shots as possible.
