0.95kg car fire extinguisher

Fireblitz specialize in making car fire extinguishers and their 0.95kg car extinguisher is the slightly larger version of the 0.6kg. Despite being bigger, it still weighs only 1.1kg total and has the exact same compact plastic handle so it will stow away near the driver without getting in the way. In fact, they look near identical. A spring clip bracket is supplied to ensure it stays securely fixed.

5.4.3 Use of powder extinguishers


The discharge of a powder extinguisher within buildings can cause a sudden reduction of visibility and can also impair breathing, which could temporarily jeopardize escape, rescue or other emergency action. For this reason, powder extinguishers should generally not be specified for use indoors, unless mitigated by a health and safety risk assessment.
